1.  What’s the minimum order ? Can I order a pair /piece sample?

Our minimum order is 6pairs/pieces. Yes,you are welcome to order a pair/piece as  sample before placing your big order, We don’t mind to start the business from minimum order even 1 pair/piece.

2. How could I get a price list?

Pls tell us the products name you are interested ,such as Fitch t-shirts,Bape hoody, Coach bags,etc. And we will quote you our best price basis on the quantity.

3. How can I place an order online?

(1)    Chooses the products which you like from our website, and then inform us your order list with  item number, size and quantity.

(2) We quote you price with shipping and give your payment details.

(3) You make the payment and inform us to check.

(4) We ship the products within 24 hours upon confirm your payment.

(5) You will get the products within 3~5 working days.

(6) Give us your feedback after you receive the products.

4.How will the products be shipped? How long until I receive my products?

Your order will be sent out within 24 hours upon receiving your payment. Shipping is done via either TNT ,DHL,EMS, or UPS express. Delivery may take anout 3~5 business days.

5. How can I know about my order status?

Once we send your order out, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can follow up online. We are also keeping an eye on your parcel until they reach you.

6. If I need to order the items which aren’t on your website, you can find them for me?

Yes,of course.

7. Do I need to pay extra for shipping cost?

No,you don’t need to pay extra shipping cost,because our price is including shipping to your door. After we ship out your parcel, what you have to do is wait the postmen to deliver your goods to your door.

8. Do you do drop ship?
